Danube
I met Danube (Dan for short) on #pixelfr, an ircnet channel where demoscene gfx guys (mostly french) hanged out.
We soon became friends, meeting at demoparties, having dinner at japanese restaurants, grinding xp in FFXI, drinking beer in bars, worshipping the cute, drawing together on isketch, oekakis and eventually opencanvas.
I always had a blasting time with him.
Without this friendship, I would never have been drawing that much in those years and I wouldn’t have improved as I did.
